| And on to the mines... |

We stayed at an RV park at the Coleman Mine site and spent five days of back-breaking work in really bad working conditions to capture the elusive crystals. |

On Thursday, Thanksgiving day, we visited another Coleman mine about 20 miles down the road. |

Working conditions were even worse and the mud was like cement, but we persevered and found a few more of the elusive crystals. A lone shoe was all that was left of one poor sole that was long departed. |

| The office at the mine had many crystal formations on display. Cheri claimed a piece which was quickly determined to be over the size limit. |
