But, alas... the old magic vanishes in a p-o-o-f when sitting in front of the slots. The machines are super tight and don't budge an inch even when coaxed by a grunt... and a tear or two. |

| I can only describe the casino at the Palace as... well... ho hum. It was actually kind of boring... especially when I concluded rather early that winning on the slots was out of the question. After donating a few coins to the cause, I folded my tent... and slinked off into the night. |

| Our first visit to the President was truly delightful... the slots were forgiving... and we thought we had found "hog heaven"... the southern dream. A second try later with the machines turned ugly... all take... no give. |
