| THIS BELL Was bought and installed in the original church building erected in 1870, and was rung each lord's day morning form more than a half-century with an invitation to worship God. After fifty years of silence, which began with moving into the present sanctuary in 1926, the remounted bell again sounded forth its joyous tones as part of an appropriate ceremonial service held on the Lord's day, February 29, 1976, the Bicentennial Year. |
