| HENDERSON'S
POINT Named for John Henderson, Sr., U S Senator (1839 - 1845). In 1836, along with business partners, Henderson acquired 15,000 acres in the area and helped promote and develop Pass Christian until his death in 1857. In 1903, descendants of Senator Henderson formed the Mexican Gulf Land Company to promote Henderson's Point as a planned community. |

| SEATON BEACH
HOUSE Built in 1850 by Robert Seaton, a noted New Orleans architect. Seaton and his associate, James Gallier, built many of the most important buildings in New Orleans, including the old city hall, called Gallier Hall. |
| BALLYMERE Oldest existing home in Pass Christian. Built in 1839 by Luciene Labranche of hand-hewn cypress. Was originally used as light-house. Enlarged to present size in 1853. |
| THE BELLE B'ANNE Araalva Villa. Built 1849 - Restored 1991. Has been placed on the National Register of Historic Places. |
