| 10/05/04 We received this info from a visitor: "Seriously, you couldn't find the town? It's easy. Go west from Rock Port on Hwy 136. Go past the truck stop, McDonald's, etc, and on past the KOA. Turn left immediately after the railroad tracks, & you're in Phelps City. After the flood of '93 there is not much left, but a few people still live there." Thank you RP Resident |
