| Our next "home for the night" was in
Greybull, Montana. After bagging a few rocks from a creek next to the campground,
Paul went exploring. The thought was to find some good rock hunting areas and to see
the sights in the "back-country", I found the back country, a lot of rocks
that were not keepers, and more dirt road than I had bargained for. The road was 31
miles long to a small town with a paved road. The last 12 miles was what is referred
to as a "wash board" road. The road had small bumps running across it,
created by countless cars. Over 15 to 20 MPH, the Tracker would bounce back and
forth across the road... and try to make it to the ditch. I finally did find some
nice agate rock beyond the little town before returning to the RV. |
