Fall School, built in 1898 is the oldest public school building remaining in Nashville.  Named after Mr P S Fall, prominent Nashville businessman and member of the Board of Education from 1865-1867, it served as an elementary school until 1970.  In 1952, it was privately renovated for offices.  Unlike the earlier study hall design.  Fall School had individual classrooms.
