Located on 200 acres
Contains swimming, horseback trails and campsites.
Wide cave entrance allows use as underground ballroom
Can fit three semi-trucks abreast in mouth of cave
Cave contains sightless fish and underground waterfall
Grounds have served as home to college, a resort, and a
socialist
community
