Named after a late mayor who was a co-founder of Dickson General Hospital.
Houses the Parks and Recreation Department offices.

Luther Lake - Located on Highway 70 east beside Chappell’s Cee Bee Store. 
The City of Dickson Parks Department oversees Luther Lake, a 14 acre man-made lake popular for fishing and wildlife viewing as well as walking and running.

J C Brown and his partner Hugh Burnett opened the theater in 1949.
Brown bought out his partner, and he and his wife Ruth took over the operation.
After Brown's death, the theater was leased to Billy Armstrong.
Brown's grandson Johnny and his wife Roberta began managing theater in 1993
